Will the mall close during construction?
That is not the plan. According to Flamboyant's CEO, Emmanuele Louza, speaking to g1, the goal is to keep operating normally during construction, which was planned in phases.
When will the expansion be ready?
Opening is planned for the second half of 2029. It is a forecast: projects of this size can see schedule adjustments.
What is coming?

The announcement mentions a tower for a hotel and serviced residences. How many units, what size and how they will be sold, the report does not say.
What changes in daily life for people living nearby?
A supermarket, a medical center and more restaurants a few minutes away mean everyday convenience. On the other hand, more activity usually means more traffic, especially during construction and at rush hour. Visit the property's street at those times before deciding.
Which neighborhoods are close by?

Will my property go up in value?
