What has to be confirmed before a listing goes here.
Registration of the development
The development must be registered at the property registry office before units are sold. Brazilian law requires it (Law 4,591/1964).
A builder with a track record
I look at what the company has already delivered, whether it delivered on time and how those buildings are doing today.
Complete specifications
Floor plans with measurements, the specifications document and the building's position on the plot.
Terms in writing
Price, down payment and payment schedule only appear once the developer confirms the current price table.
