Nice to meet you, I'm Gabi.

My name is Gabriella, but you can call me Gabi.

I was born in Jataí, not far from here. At 18 I moved to Goiânia and went through a few different university courses.

Architecture and Urban Planning always had my heart. It was my longest relationship. I really thought it would end in marriage, believe it or not.

It didn't.

I moved to the opposite side. Or not.

I started working as a receptionist at a plastic surgery clinic. And here is why it wasn't so opposite after all: in architecture you build dreams, monuments, one-of-a-kind pieces. In plastic surgery too. I kept seeing beauty being enhanced and self-esteem being transformed.

I fell so much in love with that world that I didn't want to just sell the dream. I wanted to take part, watch it being built and be part of the transformation.

That is when I went inside the operating room and trained as a surgical technologist. I took part in the pre-op, the surgery and the post-op of plastic surgery. I learned and lived the full process of a dream coming true.

OK, Gabi. And then?

From that world of dreams, I moved to another opposite one: marketing. Or maybe not that opposite either.

In marketing we also work to make dreams come true. The dream of a company that wants to become relevant and known. The dream of a business owner who wants to see the shop or the profession they fought so hard for being searched for online and recognized in the market.

I kept selling dreams.

Can you see that nothing happens by chance? That, at the right moment, everything you have lived lines up to bring you to where you are today?

Architecture, plastic surgery, marketing. All of these stages lined up for me to be here, at My Broker Marista, selling and being part of the biggest dream almost everyone has.

What each stage brought to the way I work

From architecture, an eye for floor plans. I notice which way the window faces, whether the kitchen connects to the living room, whether that bedroom gets afternoon sun. Things a 3D render does not always show.

From the operating room, the habit of being there before, during and after. Buying off-plan also has a before, a construction phase and an after. I don't disappear after the signature.

From marketing, clarity. I know how poorly explained information creates fear. That is why I translate contracts, price adjustment indexes and financing into the language of someone who has never been through it.

How I work with you

It starts with a conversation, on WhatsApp, on video or in person, to understand your goal, your timeline and what fits your budget. Then I select a few options among the new developments and ready homes I have access to through My Broker Marista, visit them with you and review the proposal and the contract before you sign.

The credit analysis is always done by the bank, and the terms of each development come in writing from the developer. My role is to make each step clear so you can decide calmly. I work in English and Portuguese.

I am new to real estate, and I prefer to say so up front. What I have is study every day, the structure of My Broker Marista behind me and the will to do things the right way, with you.
