Is there a cost to talk with you?
No. The conversation, the simulation and the visits are free for you.
Which areas do you cover?
Goiânia and the metropolitan area. I work through My Broker Marista and can meet you at the development, over coffee, or hold the first conversation on video, wherever you live.
Do I need the whole down payment at once?
Not always. In many new developments the down payment is split over the construction period. Terms change from one development to another, so I always show you the real proposal, in writing.
Can I use FGTS?
FGTS is a Brazilian workers' fund. In many cases it can be used for a residential property, as long as you, the property and the transaction meet the current FGTS rules. CAIXA or the bank confirms this during the analysis. I explain the path in the first-home guide.
Is buying off-plan safe?
A few precautions make a big difference: registration of the development at the property registry, the builder's track record and a contract read calmly. I explain each one in this guide to buying off-plan.
Do you only work with new developments?
My focus is new developments, but I also have access to ready homes through My Broker Marista.
